At Mymuddypies Works LLC, we want you to love your new artwork. Because each piece is unique and handcrafted, we handle returns with care and transparency. Please review our standard return guidelines below:

1. Time Frame

You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your artwork. To start the process, please contact us directly with your order details before shipping any items back.

2. Condition & Packaging

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and in its original protective packaging. Items that arrive damaged or altered due to improper repackaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice number) is required for all return requests.

4. Refund Type

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, eligible returns will be issued via original payment method or store credit .

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged during initial delivery.

5. Exceptions & Final Sale Items

Custom & Commissioned Artwork: Custom orders, commissioned pieces, and personalized items are final sale and non-returnable.

Sale / Clearance Items: Art purchased on sale or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Damaged in Transit?

If your artwork arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage as well as the original shipping box/packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you right away!
